CINTROPUR Water Filter Housings
The brand CINTROPUR® offers a wide range of mechanical water filters designed for filtering slightly contaminated water. The use of a special vane that moves larger particles to the outside of the filter bowel extends the life of the paper filter element. The CINTROPUR filters also produce less waste when compared with cartridge filters as only the paper filter element needs to be disposed of. The two stage process makes them ideal for filtering water that contains dirt and solids in suspension - applications include: filtering borehole water, rainwater, recycled (grey water) and well water. CINTROPUR filters are also extensivly used as pre-filters to protect equipment and other water treatment plant such as water softeners and RO equipment.
CINTROPUR water filters feature very high quality construction being made entirely at their plant in Belgium.

The Cintropur residential range or water filters features 3 filters and is capable of serving flow rates from 0 up to 6.5 m³/h.
- Residential:
- Protection of the internal pipework, fittings and domestic appliances when supplied with domestic water, rainwater or well water.
- Pre-filtration of water before softener, reverse osmosis or treatment by ultraviolet.
- Industrial:

The SL Smart Line series of compact residential water filters offers 3 different complete water filter kits (with filter body, element, wall bracket, spanner and instructions) and is capable of serving flow rates from 3 up to 4.5 m³/h (at 0.2bar dp).
