Cintropur Complete Filters

The brand CINTROPUR® offers a wide range of mechanical water filters designed for filtering clear and slightly contaminated water.Made entirely from high quality synthetic material, CINTROPUR filters are suitable for use with food products and drinking water.

In each CINTROPUR water filter the unique CINTROPUR vane causes the water flow to rotate as it flows into the filter body. as the water turns centrifugal force causes the larger particles to be thrown outwards away from the filter element. These bigger particles then collect at the bottom of the lower bowl, any remaining smaller particles are then removed according to the chosen filter sleeve micron-size as the water passes through the filter sleeve.

Each CINTROPUR filter bowl incorporates either a drain cock (or plug) that allows the larger particles to be periodically flushed away.

Cintropur water filters are widely used in industrial, commercial, agricultural and residential installations to filter out solid particles (earth, sand, rust, etc,…) suspended in the water supply.

Applications

Industry : Pre-filtration for water softeners and reverse osmosis plant. Protection of process equipment and machine tools.

Agriculture: Protection of spraying equipment, use in produce washing equipment, filtering of water for animals

Domestic/residential: Filter for rainwater harvesting, water recycling, whole house water filter for well water.

Public buildings: (hotels, restaurants, schools…) protection of the plumbing installations and all electrical appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, vending machines, etc…) by acting as a mains water filter.

CINTROPUR Water Filter Range

The SL Smart Line series of compact residential water filters offers 3 different complete water filter kits (with filter body, element, wall bracket, spanner and instructions) and is capable of serving flow rates from 3 up to 4.5 m³/h (at 0.2bar dp).

The NW residential range features 3 filters and is capable of serving flow rates from 0 up to 6.5 m³/h (at 0.2bar dp).
