This year RPE have released some new products Exclusively available through Beta Valve Systems Ltd. As the UK representative for RPE and ACL we get exclusive access to their new products which means we can pass this on to you our customers. This year RPE have been very busy bringing out several new products including:
Flow Restrictor Cartridges
Small and compact these restrictors are ideal for use wherever flow reduction or control of the fluid direction is required.
The operating pressure range for these cartridges is 0 - 10 bar (0 - 145 psi). They are suitable for use in an ambient temperature of up to 60ºC, with a maximum fluid temperature of 25°C; Offered with a range of connections and flow rates.

With a huge range of bodies, connections, fittings and fluid managing components the universal series really is universal. The items from the universal range are easily assembled with no requirements for tools. The units all interconnect seamlessly and permanently leaving no room for leaks or drips. The connection types offered are JG push fit, hosetails or BSP and so will suit most situations and inter-fit with older systems.

The connectors are categorized as inlets or outlets for use on the Universal Series solenoid valve bodies - however when used in pairs they allow water flow in either direction and provide a quick and easy solution to configuring pipe connections.
Using just 12 fittings 22 different combinations of pipe connection can be produced, this reduces the requirement to hold large stock of parts to cater for every eventuality. Ideal for R&D engineers, production engineers or installation and service engineers.

UL Approved Valves
For sometime RPE have been able to produce coils that are compliant with the UL regulations, but the customer would still have to do a lot of work with the UL approvals inspector to clear the valve for use in UL approved equipment. As the regulations have recently been tightened up this route has been made even more difficult. Knowing that their valves are used in products and applications worldwide and with the rise in the American market RPE have expanded their range of UL listed valves.
