Information on selecting the appropriate solenoid coil to fit on our solenoid valves.
Although we try to make selecting the correct product straightforward each of our brass solenoid valves can be operated from 10 different voltages, some valves can also be used with coils of different power ratings and insulation classes.
If the solenoid valve product code starts with: E106, E206, E110, E306 (and E107 in sizes 1 ¼” and larger)
Combine this with alternative orifice sizes and seal materials this means for there are around 560 standard variations for our ¼” E106 valve, we also offer this valve with 1/8”, 3/8” and ½” BSP connections – so one valve over 2,000 permutations!
In addition to the information shown against each solenoid valve, we have complied the following guide:
-
Listed below are some common configurations:
- E107DB12 + E300 = ½” BSP brass valve with 12v DC coil
- E107DB12 + E30F = ½” BSP brass valve with 240v AC coil
- E107DB12 + E30F = ½” BSP brass valve with 240v AC coil
- E107EB18 + E30F = ¾” BSP brass valve with 240v AC coil
- E107FB25 + E301 = 1” BSP brass valve with 24v DC coil
- E107HB37 + E201 = 1¼” BSP brass valve with 24v DC coil
- E107IB50 + E20B = 2” BSP brass valve with 24v AC coil
- E107IB50 + E20F = 2” BSP brass valve with 240v AC coil
- E305AB15/G + E300 = 1/8” BSP 3-way valve with 12v DC coil
If the solenoid valve product code starts with: E105, E111 , E305 (and E107 in sizes 1” and below)
- E300 = 12v DC
- E30A = 12v AC
- E301 = 24v DC
- E30B = 24v AC
- E30D = 110V AC
- E30F = 240V AC
